Breathing at the bottom of the sea is an incredible feeling

In your personalized Diving Baptism, you have an instructor who, in a particular way, helps you at all times during the activity. You learn at your own pace, adapting in a more relaxed way to the marine environment, focusing on your personal enjoyment.

Your diving baptism consists of different parts:

Welcome and introduction to the activity and everything we are going to do in itto.
We recognize our team diving: parts it has, preparation, assembly and use of it.
We explain the basic exercises of security.
All doubts resolved, we get equipped on the shore and go to the sea.
At a safe depth and with water at chest height, we perform the basic exercises and we put on the fins.
With the regulator and mask in place, we begin to breathe little by little with his face in the water.
Having verified that we can breathe with our regulator and that no water gets into the mask, we slowly put our head under the water so that our mind gets used to the environment.
We are now prepared and we begin with the best part of our baptism:DIVING!!

The instructoryouwill accompanythrough the seabed of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, where you will enjoy approximately 1 hour breathing underwater and learning about the great variety of species that inhabit the seabed of our paradise.

You'll getyour Diving Baptism certificate and we will have a drink while you tell us about the wonderful sensations discovered under the sea.
